As a member of our Medicaid team, you will focus on solving organizational problems by analyzing processes, workflows, and systems with the objective of identifying opportunities for either improvement or automation. Our ideal candidate is comfortable working with all levels of management to gain an in-depth understanding of our strategy and services. From day one, you will have an impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our daily operations, and a lasting influence on our growth plans. Work as part of Team to complete assigned contract requirements including drafting large documents, documenting process flows, prepare process flow models and presentation decks.

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to translate complex requirements into functional architecture. Your goal will be to ensure our internal IT framework operates properly.
